ALL WHITE CLOTHING, SHOES, SEAMLESS WEAR, COATS/JACKETS, SPECIAL OCCASION DRESSES AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE.

 

Exchange Only for Store Credit no Refunds 

You can exchange an item for online credit. Item must be shipped back with a date postmarked within 7 days from the day you received package. We will not accept any exchanges with a postmarked day greater than 7 days. Item must be unworn and undamaged. Once we receive your package we will contact you by email to let you know that your credit has been applied to your online account on our website, if you don't have an account online with us we will create one to apply your credit. You will receive all info needed by email t use your credit toward any future purchase. Please allow 5 days from the day we received you return package to apply store credit.

 

Do not use guest checkout as it will not find your applied credit, credit will automatically apply when you have logged in with your email.

Once credit has been used, the new order becomes final sale. No exceptions.

 

 

Returns Policy (exepmtion)

ONLY items that qualify for a return for refund are itmes you received incorrect or defective. Items must be new, unused, with tags attached  must be shipped back to us with a date postmarked within 7 days of receipt of package for a full refund. We'll also pay you for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. No items shipped back for refunds will be accepted after the time frame stated.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (postmark date), however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
